Hey, I’m all for automating and I love buying the latest and greatest tool that comes along. But, the new SpeedPPC tool just looks a bit too spammy to me… Now, I’ve been down that road before. I made some nice cash really quickly a few years back with Traffic Equalizer. It’s fun but it never lasts.
So what is SpeedPPC?
Well it’s a bit of software that automates the process of building your PPC campaigns AND the landing pages that those campaigns link to. If you watched the video on their site, you’ll know that they can generate literally thousands of keywords, create the Adwords campaigns and the targeted landing pages in like ten minutes. It’s definitely impressive.
But you know what – “It ain’t gonna last”. Google can spot those spammy landing pages in a minute. Mark my words in a few months this product will be gone. Oh sure, a few real savvy marketers will make a ton of scratch over the next few weeks. But most of us simply won’t have the fortitude it takes to watch as our PPC expenditure skyrockets.
So what should you be doing?
Sit tight and stick to your plan! You do have one right? You’re not just waiting around for the next cool piece of spammy software to be developed right? I hope not, a real business, whether it’s online or brick and mortar requires thinking, planning and work. Not just dumping thousands and thousands of keywords into a PPC somewhere and hoping for the best!

The datafeed feature is interesting- creating landing pages from datafeeds this is something i haven’t seen before
Speedppc looks too good to be true. I wonder if money can be really made just from its automation alone.
Nonetheless it looks pretty revolutionary.
Hi David,
Jay Stockwell here from SpeedPPC. Thanks for your comments.
I would however, like to respectfully point out that what your saying is simply based on speculation from viewing the 3 minute teaser, not on actual use.
If you had used the product, I doubt you would be making these comments. You’re comparing Traffic Equalizer to SpeedPPC which in my opinion is like comparing pyramid marketing to affiliate marketing.
On the surface it might seem similar, but those who’ve checked it out in more detail will realize that they are very different.
This comment in particular requires some feedback:
“But you know what – “It ain’t gonna last”. Google can spot those spammy landing pages in a minute. Mark my words in a few months this product will be gone.”
Sure, this might be the case if we’re talking about mass generated organic pages. But we’re not. What SpeedPPC does is exactly what the AdWords Guidelines asks. That’s increase relevancy. So creating a strong link between the keyword > text ad > landing page. We’ve just found a way to do it extremely quickly.
You only need to look at the commentary from industry experts (not affiliate marketers) like Heather Paulson and Vinny Lingham to see it’s legit.
This product is quite revolutionary and I believe that you are flipping this off as another get rich quick scheme without doing the due diligence required.
Just wanted people to see another perspective. I hope it is received in the respectful manner it’s intended.
Kind Regards
Jay Stockwell

Thanks Jay!
You’re right, I didn’t actually buy the product, I’m simply going by the sales page.
Now, as i said above, I’m all for automating and if you use the software by the guidelines I assume you suggest, then it is probably okay…
The problem is going to be with the handful of people who are going to use the software to pump out thousands even tens of thousands of keyphrases that all link to a canned landing page.
Keep in mind, Traffic Equalizer would probably still be a valid product today if everyone just built one or two sites with it. The problems came because of the greedy webmasters who each built thousands of sites. Soon, virtually every SERP in Google had some Traffic Equalizer results…
Jay I appreciate your taking the time to respond to my post. I also hope I’m wrong about my assessment of SpeedPPC and that you enjoy great success with the product. Either way, by taking the time to post a well thought out rebuttal to my original post you’ve shown me that you’re probably a stand-up guy.
Thanks again.
Dave
As a full-time, reasonably competent, and successful affiliate marketer, I had a similar opinion when I first heard about SpeedPPC. Though I wouldn’t say so publicly prior to investigating the product, I feared a situation similar to Traffic Equalizer, only in a more compressed time frame.
However after reading through the site, carefully, it became clear to me what an elegant and sublimely white-hat solution it offered to the dilemma all full-time PPC affiliate marketers face: Quality Score / Relevancy vs. Time & Resources. Anyone with a good grasp of Adwords and even passing understanding of landing pages and scripts will “get it” and see that SpeedPPC offers a previously unattainable capability and nearly insurmountable competitive advantages.
I bought it, installed it immediately, and have been happily kicking butt since…
