Recently the RPM-Institute (RPMi) unveiled a very clever way of handling the headaches that invariably arise when designing a new website. How? By simply taking all the technical issues of setting up a new sight away from the membership and putting this burden squarely on the shoulders of the more technically adept site design department. With the new and improved system, we (the membership) simply request a new site; fill out a few entries on a form and the support staff takes care of the rest. The entire build process takes less then a week (often much quicker).
