Here’s a nine minute video that explains the problem of typical Adwords Arbitrage sites. The video shows actual examples of sites using this tactic and then points us to the appropriate Google TOS page that expressly forbids each tactic. Further, it clearly shows how these sites can and do cost legitimate advertisers money.
This is good information for anyone considering using this tactic to make money. Frankly, it doesn’t take much to comply with what Google wants. A few bucks to a decent ghostwriter can get you some real, unique content to put up on your site – it’s just greed and laziness on the part of these unscrupulous advertisers and it costs ALL of us in the long run!

This is an interesting video, as I mentioned on Vlad’s site, I have often heard the term “Adwords Arbitrage” but did not know or truly understand the full definition.
